Responsibilities: • Cross-Functional Role involving interaction with SATO Key Users and Suppliers to gather key requirements and business processes at the Charlotte and Chicago US SATO offices. • Functional & Technical discussion with the Key users and oracle Corporation Consultants to analyze business process and identify gaps and deviations from the Base implementation. • Plan and execute Data conversion, custom development and implementation with SATO Key Users and Oracle Corporation consultants • Design of Functional and Technical Specifications for Data conversion and customizations. • Plan, execute and Preparing Test Plans and Functional Testing of various interfaces & reports with Key users for IST, UAT and E2E Testing for the Order-to-cash and Procure-to pay cycles • Training Planning, Cutover Planning and User Training. • Oversee UAT and GO LIVE for sites on behalf of SATO. • Provides assistance and fire fighting during Go Live and Post Go Live.
