Responsibilities: • Liaise with Sr. Project manager to create and review End-to-End project implementation and resource allocation plan • Involved in project initiation, scope definition, establishing and on-boarding project team and establishing vendor (Oracle On-Demand) DBA Team and Deloitte Off-shore Team • Liaised with Oracle On-Demand DBA and architecture team setup 5 Application instances and their cloning, backup and recovery schedule • Establish Project Issue management process. Managed Issue tracking, escalation through resolution and implementation via meetings and follow-up to Client and project stakeholders, Off-shore and Vendor teams • Prepare Instance Strategy documents and oversee execution of the Instance Plan by Oracle On-Demand team of the 5 instances through the SDLC phases of the project • Plan and execute Cut-Over plan of Legacy system data migration & conversions, interfacing with integrated systems and business processes • Successfully managed on-time and in-budget the project’s infrastructure and SDLC phases for custom development and implementation • Collaborate with client business resources and functional team to define and review project development scope and timeline • Prepare and report Project progress, issues and risk to Client and project stakeholders
