Daily Duties at Tek Seed Solutions Llc:
Responsibilities: • Manage Project from initiation to post-production support through all stages of SDLC using Oracle AIM methodology. • Manage scope, changes, effort / cost, schedule, and quality, while continuously identifying and mitigating underlying risks • Established and managed a team of 10 resources with various skill sets, (DBA, developers, release management, testers and trainers) to implement project requirements • Report to and manage Client and internal stakeholders on project progress and risk levels. • Negotiate and Collaborate with stakeholders on Project scope and requirements changes • Issue tracking, escalation and resolution with client stakeholders and multiple project teams • Developing work plans and managing development team activities to deliver objects on schedule and within budget. • Established QA processes for internally developed software and develop of user manual/implementation documentation.
