Daily Duties at De Lage Landen:
Responsibilities: Role: SOX Controls Manager (Beacon Project) – US • Led initiative with DLL HR, IT Operations, Help Desk, Beacon Project Department, Global Process Dept and other project team interfacing with the Oracle implementation- Beacon Project, to formulate new process and security measures • Defined and implemented multiple reports and processes to development of inter-department organizational processes that help monitor and maintain user access and security needs. • Work with DLL SOX Director and various Business Owners to identify and implement Security measures around various SOX controls and gather evidence for their effectiveness for quarterly and annual audits • Led the initiative to implement custom development of "Segregation Of Duties" framework and reporting within the Application by the Technical team along with DLL SOX Director • Represent Beacon Project SOX Controls to Internal and External Auditors (KMPG) for Audit Control Reviews Role: Project Manager (User Security & Access) Beacon Release 2 - Beacon Rollout to The Netherlands • Planed and implemented DLL NL specific roles & responsibility matrix for application functionality access in accordance with US Business Hierarchy and Segregation of Duties matrix • Liaised with DLL NL and US HR depts. to establish country specific Organization User Hierarchy and organization Business Role definitions • Liaise with multiple NL business and training depts. to formulize key Users and final business users for establishing training schedule on multiple modules and instances. • Involved in Cut-over planning and execution of go-live through multiple integrated systems and project teams. • Issue tracking and escalation to resolve and find solutions with multiple teams involved in the implementation • Plan and implement NL specific custom roles & responsibility matrix for application functionality access in accordance with US Business Hierarchy and Segregation of Duties matrix • Creation and co-ordination of 250+ users in various Oracle instances as per NL Roles and Responsibility matrix
