Southern, Northern, Western blotting. RNA extraction and GEArray techniques. 3.Immunology: Rabbit immunization and antiserum preparation. Immunoglobulin purification. Antibody labeling and assays by indirect and direct immunofluorescence. ELISA assays. 4.Cell Culture: Primary cells. Cell lines. Development of an in vitro model to detect cancer cell transmigration. Chemotactic assay. Luciferase assays. 5.Computer technology: Use basic software (Microsoft word and excel, KC junior, Quantity one, Sigama3.0) to manage and report data.
