*Successfully developed documents for IRB approval, maintained IRB annual renewals and submitted Adverse and Serious Adverse Event Reports to IRB and sponsor * Achieved all necessary forms and paperwork related to research protocols including advertisement and recruitment plan and IND safety reports according to regulatory compliance. ● Effectively reviewed study subjects’ medical summaries and made decision for recruiting; consenting and enrolling patients; collected clinical data; generated source document and CRF; and maintained regulatory binders. ● Professionally coordinated clinical trials and acted as liaison between physician and study sponsors; resolved problem with highly efficient and reliable skills. ● Carry out research projects by proficient applying Microsoft Office, Access and Excel; PowerPoint; SPSS and Matlab statistical software. ● Skilled in data management from the data collection, preliminary review of the data generated to analysis result with different software.
