• Assure supply met demand to hit revenue and operational income goals • Responsible for weekly forecast; combining marketing demand against factory commits • Coordinated new product release to ensure products are introduced and available to sell on time • Daily communication with overseas factories ensured supply chain was operating as necessary to meet demand requirements • Implemented factory direct ship program and coordinate logistics for daily shipments to customers
