Daily Duties at Guysuco:
Achieve production target - producing 1000 to 1100 tons of sugar weekly. Planing, coordinating and delegating tasks to three junior staffs and forty workers in the production department. Submit daily report on the shift activities to the factory manager. Supervise small repairs and ensure a balance and continuous line of production.Attend meetings to discuss ideas for development of the factory.
