Championed a team of 30+ and directed key business operations including human resources, banking, legal, finance, customer service, inventory control, purchasing and vendor utilization. Created and managed operating budgets, negotiated employee benefit programs, developed staff incentives, designed training programs and oversaw recruiting, and performance evaluation functions. Implemented business process improvements and implemented new technologies to streamline warehouse, purchasing, inventory control and customer service operations. Administered Teaming, Joint Venture, Subcontractor and Confidentiality Agreements.
