Management and dispatching of more than 700 supervisors, administrators, technicians and dispatchers from the Boston area to Virginia, all from a central location. Supervision of cross-departmental integration of technical field division and customer service. Coordinate administration of Fleet resources with field personnel. Oversee the call scheduling, service and billing for roughly 500,000 accounts a year. Manage development of Information Technology used to handle department workflow, or more specifically - dispatch to mobile technician to customer to closed work order processes. Reduced Service Van and Warehouse supply inventory, in effort to lower fuel consumption costs, as well as overall expenses. Centralized Service Dispatch into one location, while reducing dispatching staff of 350 to 140.
