Daily Duties at Bracco:

Respond to written/verbal product-related requests and inquiries. Answer calls directly fom call center. Direct communication with external healthcare providers/consumers regarding optimal utilzation of marketed products. Direct communication with external healthcare providers/consumers regarding trials and development products. Perform product related literature searches. Create/update slides, documents, etc for trainings(internal staff, Investigators, vendors), management and meetings. Perform medical/technical/scientific review-analyze/interpret clinical trial reports/data/publications/presentations. Computer updates of data, medical information calls, responses, response letters, complaints, adverse events, etc. Review of databases for trending (adverse events, signal and sentinel event alerts, complaints.) Update dossiers, briefing books, web page information, investigator brochures (Medical Writing). Update materials/agendas for program related advisory boards/committees and meetings. Disseminate program information/government postings to senior management/brand teams members. Oversee budget/financial allocations for information resources/vendors programs. Review/oversee/maintain global medical information resources/metrics for regional medical communications/informational activities. Medical Affairs representative at team/site meetings and international conferences.
