Daily Duties at Electronic Data Systems/Neodata:
Was asked to transfer to this new account to set up the new group and office. Facilities management: ordered phones, cubes, computers. On-boarding new staff from 3 to 65 employees. Support was given to 5 managers in addition in a matrix management environment. Attended staff meetings to scribe and generate status reports for distribution. Created presentations in Power Point for executive leaders and scheduled the meetings. Processed expenses and tracked and maintained database for both of these for the client. Communicated corporate communications via staff meetings and email to employees and announcement board. HR Rep for benefit enrollment and administration. Managed 6 other administrative staff. Participated as one of the Neodata Transition Team contributors and traveled to assist employees in the their decision making of company benefits and educating them on retirement, company policies, culture.
