Daily Duties at North Coast Veterinary & Emergency:
• Triaged customer calls to assess urgency of patient symptoms • Scheduled appointments and surgeries for up to seven doctors • Responsible for closing and balancing register at conclusion of night shift • Contacted clients for appointment reminders, updates on patient and other client concerns
