Daily Duties at Sec Tek, Inc.:
Managed the administration of all benefit programs, including 401K, ESOP, medical, dental, life and EAP, for 1,300 associates nationwide. • Investigated and formulated solutions to associate questions and grievances, including situations relating to benefits, labor, and union issues. • Developed and administered Family and Medical Leave policies, procedures and forms. • Coordinated and conducted on-site associate meetings regarding benefits, area and wage determinations and health and welfare administration. • Implemented and maintained company Employee Assistance Program. • Prepared state specific unemployment claims in a timely manner. • Developed contract specific explanation of benefits and industry benefit benchmarking studies. • Processed pre-employment processing and new hire processing for various contracts.
