- Setup Helpdesk for company wide support - Install and Configure HEAT (helpdesk software) - Transition users from cc:mail to Outlook - Assist 400+ users at 3 locations - Troubleshoot hardware and software problems for users - Setup and maintain Internet Access Software (Surf Control) - Setup and delivery of new PC’s and thin clients - Provide support for ERP team and assist with Network Support - Setup and maintain Siemens Hicom 300 E phone system
