Daily Duties at Synbiotics Corporation:
Responsible for a global distribution network with a 33% growth the first year, 15% the second year, 37% the third year and a forecast of 35% to 40% for the current year. Re-organize and develop the global distribution network for Asia, Latin America, and Oceania. Train, support and motivate the network with extensive trips to all the regions. Manage and attend trade shows and other marketing events in all the regions to support our partners. Asia : Developed relationship with new partners, government entities as well as local opinion leaders, increase overall sales and market share within the region. Developed product dossier, follow up registration with regulatory offices and our local partners. Responsible for an Asia Area Manager since 2005 located in the Philippines. Latin America : Reorganized the distributor network to make it profitable by starting up new one and replacing inefficient one. Follow up of products registration for each country. Oceania :Maintain and increase sales and market share.
