Daily Duties at West Springfield High School:
Promoted to Head JV coaching position Feb. 2007. Teach young players the fundamentals of fast pitch softball. Educate them on the responsibilities of each position, fielding, batting, as well as base running. Create various methods to improve their understanding of the rules and how the game is played. Assist with varsity coaches to strengthen players’ skills.
