Served as the chief liaison and go-between for the CIO with a 60-member staff and the corporate executive team, managing and independently resolving all manner of IT operational issues on a day-to-day basis. Project managed a variety of special IT initiatives, collaborating with the division’s senior management staff to identify, develop, and implement solutions.
