Daily Duties at Asap Vending:
Managed an 8-member team in the oversight of all day-to-day corporate operations, directing budgeting, accounting, payroll, and collections as well as resource scheduling, information technology, purchasing, and marketing functions. Established standardized policies and procedures for all operational areas to ensure the efficient performance of each department to budgetary expectations.
