Daily Duties at Stewart Environmental Consultants:

- Edit and compile letters, reports, and proposals for grammar, content, clarity, and format according to department and company standards and government regulations - Design new report covers, proposal templates, and company newsletter layout - Assume management of administrative assistant, and technical editing and AutoCAD departments after only nine months of employment; hire, terminate, supervise, coordinate, and train departments’ personnel - Organize, prioritize, and delegate assignments - Create marketing collateral redesign project schedule, prioritization, and budget - Create and enforce department editing procedures and standards; oversee the creation of the receptionist / administrative assistant procedures - Direct support for president/CEO and vice presidents - Directly work with business development manager - Test and successfully implement Task Assignment Procedure using Microsoft Outlook; train all employees on procedure and software - Self-train on AutoCAD to the level of qualifying to attend second semester AutoCAD class; successfully complete class and eliminate company’s need to hire outside contractor to complete computer drafting work; manage company’s drafting workload - Create library catalog system to enhance searching of previously created reports - Retain knowledge of previously produced reports to eliminate errors and inconsistencies in new reports - Assist with computer equipment malfunction resolution
