Daily Duties at Bodycote Thermal Processing:

• Coordinated all internal audit activities (ISO-9000/TS16949) including preparation, submission, follow-ups, recommended corrective action, job audits, and doc audits. • Supervised, maintained, and prepared all quality documentation including Quality Manual, Procedures, Work Instructions, Forms, PFMEA’s, Control Plans, Process Flows, PPAP submission, SPC, Quality Records, 8D’s, customer concerns, Engineering Specs, Maintenance Records, Safety Training, and Training Records. Maintained MSDS book. • Prepared and maintained RFQ's and purchase orders, prepared all accounts receivables to turn into payroll. • Responsible for calibration of lab equipment (microhardness tester, Rockwell’s, Leco), and preparation of parts for testing (cutting, mounting, polishing) on Microhardness tester and Rockwell Tester. • Responsible for receiving parts, creating shop orders, creating certifications, creating shippers, billing, and filing of shop orders. • Health and Safety coordinator for plant, responsible for H&S training, audits, accident reporting and investigation.
