• Trained in Verizon Wireless, Sprint/Nextel, Tracfone, Virgin Mobile, and Cingular wireless plans, phones, and procedures. Trained in how to qualify each and every customer to determine the products, plans, and add-ons that will best suit there needs • Trained in all aspects of operations, building the teams, and serving the customers. • Brought wireless increases to all stores. Was also a sales and cellular leader in all stores • Responsibilities for this position include providing excellent service and assuring customer satisfaction while assisting the store manager in all aspects of managing the store. This includes implementing sales goals and strategies, scheduling employees and supervising daily activities, as well as training employees in selling techniques, merchandising skills, theft prevention and company policies. • Other responsibilities included, Profit and Loss statement analysis, sales projections, merchandising, coaching sales associates for improvement, Basic day-to-day operations, ordering, projections, intra-store transfers, intra-store cost transfers, hiring and training new associates, scheduling
