Daily Duties at Agilent Technologies:
- Responsible for the delivery of comprehensive staffing and human resources services to the Electronic Measurement Group’s R&D and North America Field Sales organizations. - Managed the Internship hiring program for Life Sciences and Chemical Analysis group. - Work with General Managers and HR Managers to identify core and priority recruitment needs and to establish strategies to fill vacant positions within defined time frames. - Responsible for establishing recruitment process with hiring managers to ensure efficient and timely evaluation of all internal and external candidates.
