Daily Duties at Metric Property Management:
Lead and motivate leasing & marketing staff. Maintain low delinquency of all accounts receivable. Provide quality service to prospects, residents and vendors. Develop an effective renewal program, focusing on resident retention. Propose pricing to my superior based on current market studies. Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management. Proficient in Yardi Voyager, Bluemoon TAA, Leasing Desk, Property Bridge, and all Microsoft office.
