Daily Duties at Film Technologies International:

I was responsible for quality management in our headquarters and our safety programs throughout the United States locations. My responsibilities included acting as the ISO 9001 Management Representative and analyzing costs associated with nonconformance to justify capital projects. I identified and solved issues associated with product quality and consistency by using Six Sigma DMAIC and DMADV techniques. I routinely interacted with customers and suppliers to reduce the costs associated with nonconformance and work to improve the business relationships between organizations.
