• Responsibilities include maintain building, employee, and tenant safety at all times while adhering to building policies and other precautionary measures. • Provide excellent customer service to enhance the management and tenant relationship while acting as liaison between multiple departments when dealing with time sensitive or confidential information. • Respond to all incidents and emergencies with the utmost urgency. Challenge all persons who wander around the property afterhours. Greet every person when they leave and when they enter the building.
