Daily Duties at State Farm Insurance:

• Responsibilities include interaction with potential and contract clients via phone, prepare and update marketing reports. Provide timely consulting in customer service and support sales agents in administrative tasks i.e. phone calls, follow-up to convince and influence current clients and new customers to schedule appointments with sales agents for additional product information to increase sales opportunities. Provided timely, confidential consulting support to staff in customer service. Provided timely follow-up request to obtain scheduled appointments. Delivered excellent customer service and exercised strong interpersonal communication skills while interacting with clients, new prospects, and sales agents for customer service relations and various on-going projects. Answered telephone calls from potential customers who had been solicited through prior post card mailings. Telephoned and mailed letters to respond to correspondence from customers to follow up and confirm appointments with sales agents. Scheduled appointments for sales agents to meet with prospective customers for product information. Maintained records of contacts and response of prospects contacted via telephone and ensured all lead generation activities are tracked in the database. Ensured workflow efficiencies, customer service excellence, and quality assurance.
