Daily Duties at Crossmark/Nestle:
Establish performance goals for 32 employee’s covering 3 states, allocate resources, and assess policies for senior management. Provide leadership on and participate in internal projects to support practice development and help build and grow the professional capabilities of the group. Identify and participate in development opportunities and deliver on Personal Development Plan goals and activities. • Maintain utilization levels to contribute to the financial goals of the practice for Nestle Behaviors/People Leadership. • Set performance goals and grow the skill sets/capabilities of the team. • Live the organizational goals and continually demonstrate commitment to and application of Nestle Behaviors. • Lead project engagement/Delivery and Process design or streams of projects. • Achieve outstanding partner satisfaction results in all phases and attributes of an engagement with Sales and Relationship Management. • Consulting Background – Two years of deep and broad management consulting experience with an emphasis on strategy, operations and change leadership. • Stakeholder Management – Experience with senior level stakeholdering and presentation: as demonstrated in previous roles. • Project Execution – Demonstrated capability in successfully managing and delivering small or streams of engagements on time, on cost and to stakeholder satisfaction. • Conceptual Thinking – Work experience that has utilized lateral, out of the box solutioning for specific business problems.
