Daily Duties at Drs Technical Services, Inc. / Pacific Technologies, Inc.:
Managed systems engineering and integration projects and staff supporting the introduction of network technologies to U.S. Navy and Joint Forces Net Centric Warfare initiative programs. This involved network instrumentation to determine the impact of real-time, net centric operations employing multiple, developmental systems for the U.S. Navy Maritime Battle Center Fleet Battle Experiments (FBEs). These efforts required coordination of staff and subsystem resources worldwide. Earlier efforts involved managing development and integration of training and simulation software for the Battle Force Tactical Training (BFTT) program as well as a federated simulation used at the U.S. Navy's Integrated Combat Systems Test Facility (ICSTF). Managed test teams and developed software for U.S. Navy command and control simulation programs to mimic characteristics and message sets for shipboard subsystems.
