Managed multiple Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) programs totaling over $50M in value for mobile/vehicular land-based and shipboard domains. Led program initiation, major requirements and design milestone efforts, and transition into implementation and production. Managed $10M+ in major subcontracts for outsourced products and services. Established core products group, enabling reduction in program production lead-times across multiple programs. Managed development of related financial forecasts, reporting monthly, quarterly, and annual results against those forecasts. Managed multiple Tactical Data Link (TDL) programs associated with development of new integrated hardware and software products for U.S. Navy and other DoD applications. Products were employed on U.S. Navy E2D surveillance aircraft, U.S. Army Patriot batteries, and integrated shipboard TDL environments. Led internal (Research and Development) and customer initiatives, introducing new, modernized encryption systems to TDL products (yielding cost, weight, and space savings for various target environments). Managed TDL business lane, including a portfolio of data link products for multiple customers. Developed and presented strategic plans for business lane growth, executed annually.
