Daily Duties at Illumitex Inc:
• Design of Experiments, Process control and optimization of thin film deposition and metrology, wet and dry etch and contact photolithography • Device characterization and testing using SEM, AFM, Profilometer, Reflectometer and four-point probe • Thin film ohmic-contact characterization using IVL TLM measurement using Electrical probe station • Assisting engineering staff, running short loop experiments and troubleshooting the fabrication tools in the cleanroom
