Daily Duties at Alverno Information Services:
Maintained coverage of the Mainframe system console messages and requests using MVS and TMON. Recognized exceptions to normal operation of system software, hardware, network CICS regions and production subsystems. Fixed abends and restart of production and test jobs as required, utilizing Zeke the scheduler, Zebb the restart manager and Zack the system automation package. Helpdesk Support of 40,000 end users and 7 MIS departments at various hospitals in the Alverno network. Implemented and supported Windows 95 within the company.
