Daily Duties at Sagamore Health Network :
• Supported multi-platform operating systems Unix, WinNT and RIMS • Set-up backup server, exchange server and system recovery. • Troubleshoot and repaired software and hardware issues. • Performed system maintenance, backups and upgrades. Supervised and trained three computer operators. Created and documented procedures for the helpdesk staff. Generated monthly, quarterly and annual reports to better manage system resources. Completed Y2K upgrade of Unix based RIMS system.
