Daily Duties at Bell Tech.Logix.:
Travel 90% to take care of different clients in the Midwest, while working from home for four years. Clients include ATA airlines, BMV, State Police, Farm Bureau Insurance, Jay County School system, Charter One Bank and medical facilities. HP, IBM, NEC, Compaq and Gateway authorized warranty repair on desktops and laptops. Create ghost image for each client to set up computer stations. Install, setup, train and support electrocardiograph machines (ECG). Supervised a team of four field technicians. Setup and support servers, desktops, laptops, handheld and printers. Maintained active directory for 1000 + users. Support Exchange 2000, WinNT, Novell, Win95, Win 2000 and XP. Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually reporting for management, highlighting key areas requiring improvement.
