 Accomplished consultant and mentor specifically assigned to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) client account.  Assisted upper management in the Voice Switching and Recording Division with financial analysis and project management responsibilities to achieve daily operational efficiency.  Managed two OMB 300 business cases (technological acquisitions) for submission to the Department of Transportation and the Office of Management & Budget.
