Daily Duties at Mcs Group:

I located and negotiated the venture capital acquisition of a 25 acre land and marina site for a 240 unit Condo Construction and Yacht Club development project. A $ 250 mil. USD project. My Responsibilities include : Total Operational Accountability, corporate asset management, cost containment, legal liaison, realtor liaison, county, state and federal licensing, USCG and Army Corps of Engineers permitting and compliance, personnel, banking, taxes, payroll, AP & AR, federal & state reporting. I have full P&L responsibility, audit preparation, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports, leases, dredging, engineering, architectural plan review, surveying, appraisals, environmental impact studies, insurance, maintenance and purchasing. I restructured the company, changed management, coordinated turnaround, merged and acquired additional properties. I handle all contract negotiations, contractor hiring, scheduling, logistics, capital budgeting, pricing, forecasting, strategic planning, sales and marketing analysis, advertising and promotions. I revised the company policy and procedure manual, supervise HR , handle all public relations, and inter governmental compliance issues.
