•Reported directly to the Managing Artistic Director. •Maintained scenic and facility budgets •Steered facility maintenance operations •Generating construction drawings for designed scenery. •Assembled, directed, motivated and supervised technical crews, construction crews and volunteers, •Managed and supervised contractors •Monitoring adherence to OSHA criteria
