Daily Duties at Guysuco:
This company have machine such as mills,juice strainer, juice clarifilers, vacuum pan, vacuum filter tank, crystallizer,syrup tank,sugar basket and belt convoyer. Supervise 35 workers and 3 juinor staffs. Ensure the maintenance of machines and equipment through effective planning and coordinating. Prepare schedule for workers in maintenance department. Train 20 employees both in classroom and on site on vacuum pan, conveyor, vacuum filter, crystallizer and juice clarifiler. Prepare yearly maintenance budget for the processing and workshop department.Schedule "off milling" major maintenance. The workshop have lathe, milling, drilling and shaping machines and welding equipment. In the work shop, parts manufacture for all equipment in the factory such as bushing, impellers, sleeve, spracket and shaft. Repair pumps and heat exchanger. Attend meeting to discuss budget preparation, purchasing and spending expenditure.
