Daily Duties at Carib Brewery/Ansa Mc Al Group:
Carib used Krones brand machines such as bottle washer ,liquid filler, pasteurizer, labeller, automatic packaging lines and case packer. Support the production department to achieve their target by ensuring the equipment are in excellent working condition. Plan and schedule tasks for 6 workers and 1 juinor staff in maintenance department. Supervise all repairs and servicing of krones packaging machine and equipment. Responsible for recruiting and planning their schedules, assessing thier job proformance by ensuring codes and standards are kept and prepare invoice for payments.
