Daily Duties at Diana Candy Company:
This company used equipment such as gas cooker, vacuum cooker, mould filling, cooling heating tables, levelers, sizers, roller cutter, kettle mixer, portable agitator, and rose grove twist wrapper. Responsible for maintaining the equipment to operate at its full capacity for production department to reach they target. This has been successful by planning task, complete preventative maintanance and repair on all machine. Prepare schedule for 7 workers, responsible for recuiting and plan contractors schedules, assessing their job proformance, ensuring codes and standards are kept and prepare invoice for payments. Hands on training of two maintenance employees to repair mould machine.
