Daily Duties at Reesal Industries Limited:
This company used machine such as roll forming, wire nail, wire cutting, steel bar strightening and cutting. Supervise 16 production and 6 maintenance employees. Achieving production target of 200 rolls of foundation mesh per machine weekly, 3000 lb nail weakly, straighten and cut 150 tons of steel bars of different diameter to 6m length per machine weekly, other targets are set base on sale order. Planning tasks for workers in both the production and maintenance department. Responsible for recuiting contractors, planning their schedules, assessing job proformance by ensuring codes and standard are kept and prepare invoice for payment. Hands on individual training of 8 employees to operate nail, coiler and steel cutting machine. Supervise repair, service and carry out schedule maintenance on the machines mention above.
