Researched new products to inproved the domestic housing industries(with go green in consideration),coordinating project for both small and medium scale housing developments.Sourcing and analysing quotation for housing material, making purchases for item such as lighting fixture, paint, steel. Responsible for recruiting and planning their schedules, assessing their job proformance and ensure codes and standard are kept and prepare invoice for payment.
