− Supervise and monitor nine employees servicing 1,250 sales representatives in North America using key performance indicators − Create & maintain customer service & education network for over 4,000 providers worldwide using CRM/ERP software (Epicor) − Present domestically and internationally to increase product awareness & grow customer base − Direct project management in Operations, Marketing, Sales, & Manufacturing − Organize and attend International, National and Regional trade conventions − Initiate new market development and product launches in United States, Japan, United Kingdom, Canada, & Europe − Maintain & secure relationships with strategic partners: Patterson Dental ($4 Billion Annually in Revenue), Under Armour ($4.5 Billion Annually in Revenue), International Management Agency (IMG) and Creative Artists Agency (CAA)
