Daily Duties at New Hanover Community Health Center:
- Manage performance and maintain security of organization’s network as the sole IT personnel - Support organizations several systems for electronic health records, accounting, patient administration, etc. - Train 35 staff members on new systems, updates, and relevant technologies - Serve as a link between external IT vendors and the organization - Troubleshoot and correct system problems - Advise organization regarding system changes of both hardware and software - Provide weekly reports to management on the state of organization’s network and system - Perform daily system backups
