Daily Duties at United Bank:

• Assisting and supporting the branch Manager in leading a team of sales and service professionals to meet and exceed sales goals and customer service satisfaction targets. • Managing branch’s operational functions, including loss control, compliance and customers retention, audit standards, supervise, coach and develop tellers about policies, procedures, products, and system and banking transactions. • Providing support to Manager by attending or leading daily sales meetings. • Resolving escalated customer complaints /issues promptly and effectively. • Ensuring effective lobby and bottom line management to deliver excellent customer services. • Creating a warm, welcoming and friendly environment in the branch for customers and employees. • Partnering with Branch Manager to manage hiring, performance management, compensation of tellers and universal bankers, recognizing awards and motivational aspects for outstanding employees. • Supporting sales /services activities within the branch by participating in seminars, micro marketing events promotional campaign and outreach activities. • Monitoring and adhering operational controls, including legal, corporate, and regulatory policies and procedures to ensure the security of customers and safety of bank’s assets.
