Daily Duties at United Bank (Pakistan):
• Generating business and deepening long lasting relationships by cross selling of financial products and services to existing and prospective customers. • Proactively meeting with customers - face to face and over the phone - to discover their financial needs and provide product and service recommendations. • Cultivating partnership with key business groups and establishing contacts with local community to create new business opportunities. • Opening deposit accounts, taking loan applications, interviewing, processing loan requests, obtaining referrals from loan customers and completing documentations. • Partnering with branch’s specialists (Loan officer, Business Banker and financial advisor) to ensure our customers get access to experts for any specialized financial need. • Generating new business by out bound calling, inbound calling and by reaching out into the local community. • Leading/conducting sales & services activities within the branch, by planning seminars, micro marketing events, promotional campaigns and outreach activities in the local market. • Responding to customer inquiries and concerns, creating innovative solutions, diagnosing issues and managing difficult situation with customers. • Using profiling analysis tools to identify cross sell opportunities to increase product per customer ratio. • Achieving aggressive sales goals and providing excellent customer services • Creating a warm, welcoming and friendly environment for customers and employees. • Establishing credibility and rapport quickly with customers and looking for ways to benefit the customer’s financial needs.
