Daily Duties at Loyola Medical Center:
Project Manager/ Staff Assistant /Human Resource Generalist liaison – LUMOC Worked directly with clinical management assisting in daily operations, and responsible for personnel functions in the Outpatient Center, Cancer Center and other related departments for approximately 1000 employees • Directed front office clerical personnel; led new employee orientation for the Ambulatory, Cancer and Satellite offices. • Maintained licensure and administrative files for all employees; acted as liaison to Human Resource Department for hospital. • Compiled data and generated monthly budget, expenses and payroll reports for all departmental managers. • Supervised LAN administration for Novell shared systems; acted as liaison for IS department on LAN maintenance for the Ambulatory Center. • Resolved problems within department and affiliates on staffing issues, payroll, and equipment and third party vendor services. Worked with supply team and saved over $1 million in supplies for the hospital. • Led MAGIS steering committee, customer service and team events for the Ambulatory and Satellite offices.
