Daily Duties at P&G:

 Recruit technical talent for P&G business units within the United States and serve as the primary Recruiting Liaison with universities nationwide. Coordinate and conduct interviews, schedule drug screens and background checks, administer skills assessments and other tests, present company overview and benefits, and extend job offers to qualified candidates. Analyze data, manage recruiting and other projects, and represent P&G at job fairs and college placement offices. Benchmark industry salaries. Develop strategic plans that meet corporate goals and directives. Advise management about important, emerging or ongoing employee-related issues and HR matters.  Oversee HR initiatives and projects to successful completion including those with tight deadlines.
