Provided in-depth education for consumers regarding Iams and Eukanuba Nutrition and sold additional Iams and Eukanuba products to consumers through educational/solution selling. Directed actual operations to ensure departmental harmony; spotted conflicts early on and resolved them to the satisfaction of all involved parties with superb results in terms of on-time deliveries and propelling customer satisfaction rates to new heights.  Effective, successful master communicator with demonstrated ability to coordinate simple to complex operations
