Delivered crucial leadership instrumental to method transfer and development of client ELISA. Cultivated three people within the Immunoassay and Microbiology Groups. Managed development of SOPs. Directly contributed to qualification of reagents for ELISAs, SDS-PAGE, and Bioassays. Presented training on aseptic technique, cell passaging, bioassay, and ELISAs to laboratory staff. Trained operators on chemical and biohazard safety principles. Reviewed samples for Bioassay, ELISAs (HCP and sandwich ELISAs), SDS-PAGE, and Western Blots. Managed endotoxin using WinKQCL and LAL of water samples. Utilized the Trackwise system for OOS, OOT, and Invalid assays. Constructed HCP ELISA and Sandwich ELISA for clients.
